Love Breath Meditation
Love Breath Meditation 3x/day for 90 days LOVE BREATH 12 breaths Stage 1 - On inhale, visualize and place your attention on the following areas: from crown of your head, down to 3rd eye at the center of your forehead, to throat, down to the RIGHT of your heart flame at the center of your chest – hold for 2 seconds. - On exhale, bring your attention around to LEFT of your heart flame, back up to your throat center, and up to the center of your forehead, your 3rd eye center, the back to your crown center at the top of your head. - When that feels comfortable, add invocation: Stage 2 - On inhale, visualize crown to heart flame, as above, adding the invocation ‘I AM THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE OF MY MIND AND MY BODY”. Hold 2 seconds. - On exhale, visualize energy moving around to left of your heart flame, back up to your throat center, your 3rd eye center and back up to your crown center, again saying the invocation. The purpose of this breath is to correct, re-calibrate, harmonize and adjust vital universal life force in the body. Due to the fragmentation of consciousness, of limited belief systems – the vital force in the body has itself become fragmented. The intent is to harmonize and balance the vital pool of life force back in the brain, the second pool in the heart center and the 3rd pool in the solar plexus. (The greatest pool is centered in the brain.) This love breath harmonizes the brain, heart, nervous system. Invocations: My Beloved Great God Presence, I call upon Beloved Cyclopea and the Great Host of Ascended Masters to charge, fill and flood me with the Miracle Power of Eternal Light, Love and Purity as a sustained condition 24 hours a day and I thank you. My Beloved Self I Am, I desire and command that Life fulfill itself in every way possible, through me, in me, to me and as me! And I am grateful. My Beloved I Am Presence, I offer to you, the God of my Being, I offer myself up as a cup – I am willing to let go of all belief, for as long as I believe, I will not know, and I am choosing to know instead. My Beloved I Am Self, Beloved Victory, please place a golden halo around my head as a mighty protecting presence. My Beloved I Am Presence, Beloved Cassiopeia and Cyclopea, I command you to bring forth your healing flames and healing rays to move into action NOW to correct any condition of my eyes, ears and brain (place your hands over these places as you speak them). I accept the instantaneous accomplishment of this call. I thank you.
